All International Orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with your bank or credit card issuing company.

- Our 30 Day, Hassle Free Warranty
If you're not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we will exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. If you prefer to return purchase without exchange then a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Restrictions for prescription lenses, contact lenses and international purchases apply. Refund for Prescription Lenses – Because prescription lenses are customized for you, www.JamesLeonard.com will refund the price of the frame minus a 20% restocking fee and 50% of the lens price within 30 days of receiving your order. If your product happens to arrive damaged or the prescription is wrong, don't worry. We will send you a replacement and pay for all shipping costs.

- International Purchases and Returns
For purchases, exchanges and returns, International customers must cover the shipping charges. JamesLeonard.com cannot credit taxes and duties back to customers who are returning items. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the reimbursement of such fees.

All of our frames are covered under a 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties are not valid on closeout items.
Manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturer's defects but not damage induced by the wearer or weather conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, breakage, etc.

- Lens warranty
Our 30 Day Lens Guarantee – If you're not 100% satisfied with your prescription lenses, return them within 30 days and we'll remake them at no additional cost to you.
The 30 Day Lens Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, such as peeling coatings. All damage induced by the wearer, such as abuse from rough handling, incorrect cleaning, etc. is not covered under warranty. There is no warranty on sunglass lenses.
