will refund the price of the frame minus a 20% restocking fee and 50% of the lens price within 30 days of receiving your order. If your product happens to arrive damaged or the prescription is wrong, don't worry. We will send you a replacement and pay for all shipping costs.
Shipping - Costumer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated and/or item arrives defective.
For purchases, exchanges and returns, International customers must cover the shipping charges. JamesLeonard.com cannot credit taxes and duties back to customers who are returning items. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the reimbursement of such fees.
All of our frames are covered under a 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties are not valid on closeout items.
Manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturer's defects but not damage induced by the wearer or weather conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, breakage, etc.

Our 30 Day Lens Guarantee – If you're not 100% satisfied with your prescription lenses, return them within 30 days and we'll remake them at no additional cost to you.
The 30 Day Lens Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, such as peeling coatings. All damage induced by the wearer, such as abuse from rough handling, incorrect cleaning, etc. is not covered under warranty. There is no warranty on sunglass lenses.
