Refund for Prescription Lenses
Because prescription lenses are customized for you, www.JamesLeonard.com
will refund 50% of the lens price within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your product happens to arrive damaged or the prescription is wrong, don't worry. We will send you a replacement and pay for all shipping costs.
What Else is Covered
The 30 Day Lens Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, such as peeling coatings.
What is Not Covered
All damage induced by the wearer, such as abuse from rough handling, incorrect cleaning, etc. is not covered under warranty. There is no warranty on sunglass lenses.
Costumer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated and/or item arrives defective.
Manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturer's defects but not damage induced by the wearer or weather conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, breakage, etc.
If your frame qualifies for a warranty return, please call
our customer service department. Our friendly staff will guide you through the manufacturer's returns process.
Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at sales@JamesLeonard.com.
All products must be returned exactly as they arrived with instruction booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases when applicable.
The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label.
Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. All Returns/RMA expires within 30 days. We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
