If you're not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we will exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, minus shipping costs. If you prefer to return purchase without exchange then a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Restrictions for prescription lenses, contact lenses and international purchases apply.

Sale items and closeouts are not covered by our money back guarantee. All sale items and closeouts are subject to Final Sale.

Refund for Prescription Lenses  

Because prescription lenses are customized for you, www.JamesLeonard.com will refund 50% of the lens price within 30 days of receiving your order. 

If your product happens to arrive damaged or the prescription is wrong, don't worry. We will send you a replacement and pay for all shipping costs.

Wrong Prescription

Our 30 Day Lens Guarantee – If you're not 100% satisfied with your prescription lenses, return them within 30 days and we'll remake them at no additional cost to you. Proof of valid Rx change required.

What Else is Covered

The 30 Day Lens Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, such as peeling coatings. 

What is Not Covered

All damage induced by the wearer, such as abuse from rough handling, incorrect cleaning, etc. is not covered under warranty. There is no warranty on sunglass lenses.


Costumer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated and/or item arrives defective. 

International Purchases and Returns

For purchases, exchanges and returns, International customers must cover the shipping charges. JamesLeonard.com cannot credit customs tax and/or duties back to customers who are returning items.

Frame Warranty: Our 12-Month Manufacturers Frame Warranty

All of our frames are covered under a 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties are not valid on closeout or final sale items.

Manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturer's defects but not damage induced by the wearer or weather conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, breakage, etc.

 If your frame qualifies for a warranty return, please call or email our customer service department. Our friendly staff will guide you through the manufacturer's returns process.

Returns Policy/ RMA

Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at sales@JamesLeonard.com.

 All products must be returned exactly as they arrived with instruction booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases when applicable.

 The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label

 Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. All Returns/RMA expires within 30 days. We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
